The school’s official channel is Itaca / Web Família. Everything formal — absences, late arrivals, messages to the teacher, canteen queries — goes through there.

Itaca is the Valencian regional government’s platform for communication between families and the school. From there you can:

If you have trouble getting your login credentials at the start of term, you may need to go to the school office in person. This is common for new families — it is perfectly normal.

Parent–teacher meetings

Individual meetings with the class teacher usually take place before December. Meetings are arranged at the teacher’s discretion.

To request a meeting, use Itaca or whichever method the teacher specifies at the start of term.

At the beginning of term there is also a general class meeting in the classroom, where the teacher introduces the year and answers questions from all families.

AFA Telegram

The AFA publishes its notices, announcements and registration links on its Telegram channel:

This is where after-school activity registrations, committee meetings and school events are announced. If you are not in the channel, you will miss important notices.
